My dad’s never understood why I love smoothie bowls so much, but I’ve been riding hard for them since circa 2012 I’d say? They’re very refreshing and delicious, okay! And I’m obsessed with fruit, so 🤷🏻♀️🍓🫐 Pro tip: whether I make them at home or get them at a cafe, I like to add protein powder - I feel like it keeps me fuller for longer 😎 recipe for this one below ‼️

In a blender, add in frozen banana, protein powder, 1 cup blueberries, milk, spirulina, and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl. Top with blackberries, banana slices, raspberries, chia seeds, 1/4 cup blueberries, slivered almonds, and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
