This simple yet ridiculously delicious salad features a homemade dressing made with Holland House® Red Wine Vinegar.

Make the dressing. In a jar, add in Holland House® Red Wine Vinegar, olive oil, honey, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Shake well. In a large bowl, put in the brussels sprouts and kale. Pour about 3/4 of the dressing over the greens and vigorously mix the dressing in - you want the greens to tenderize a bit. To the bowl of greens, add in the pomegranate seeds, apple slices, carrots, pumpkin seeds, goat cheese crumbles, and hazelnuts. Top with the rest of the dressing and mix in. Enjoy!
