Baked Brie, but make it ✨extra✨ round 2! Recipe below ‼️ Ingredients: •3 slices prosciutto •1 (6-8 ounce) wheel goat Brie (or regular Brie) •1 tablespoon spicy honey •2 tablespoons coarse sugar •5 medjool dates, chopped into small pieces •1 tablespoon pistachios, finely chopped •2 tablespoons pomegranate arils Directions: •Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lay prosciutto slices on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, until prosciutto is crispy. Crumble it into small pieces. •Meanwhile, remove the top of the cheese wheel and drizzle on spicy honey. Place on an oven-safe plate and bake for 5 minutes. •Remove cheese from oven and sprinkle on coarse sugar. Using a blowtorch, melt the sugar on top until dark golden brown and caramelized. If you don’t have a blowtorch, you can melt the sugar in the oven on broil. •Top caramelized sugar with the crispy prosciutto crumbles, chopped pistachios, and pomegranate seeds. Serve with bread and crackers. Enjoy!
