A fun project for your Thanksgiving break! Make a delicious at-home specialty coffee drink featuring a homemade blueberry lavender syrup.

Heat a medium to large nonstick pan over medium heat. Add in the blueberries and water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add in the sugar and edible lavender and stir. Allow to boil & reduce for about 10 minutes, until a thick syrupy consistency has formed. Use a masher or other tool to squish the blueberries down. Strain the blueberry mixer through a fine mesh sieve. Store the remaining syrup in an airtight container. Make the latte! Add ice into a cup then add in your desired amount of blueberry syrup, then your coffee and milk of choice. Enjoy!
