Strawberry + matcha sago 🍓🍵 this is UNREAL good, I’ve been wanting to try a sago dessert for so long! Sago is an Asian dessert with tiny tapioca pearls, and usually fruit & other things are added in. These cute lil jellies/bobas were delightful in there as well! Get the recipe below‼️

Bring a small pot of water to boil. Add in the sago, and cook for 10 minutes. The pearls should be translucent. Drain out the water in a strainer, and rinse the sago with cold water. Set aside. In a large bowl, add in the popping boba, nata de coco, and chopped strawberries. In a small bowl, add in the matcha powder. Pour over 1/4 cup boiling water and whisk until the mixture is combined and there’s no clumps. Add in the milk and whisk again. Pour the matcha mixture into the sago/strawberry bowl, then pour in the sweetened condensed milk and coconut milk. Add in the ice and stir well. Serve in small bowls. Can keep in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Enjoy!
