An easy and show-stopping mimosa recipe featuring blood orange slices frozen in orange juice ice cubes, perfect for Easter brunch or any celebration.

Cut the blood oranges in half and then into thin slices. In an ice maker, layer them in a flower-like shape. Fill the ice cubes up about 1/2 the way with orange juice, then place into the freezer. Once the orange cubes freeze, place about 3 cubes into each champagne flute and fill the flutes with champagne. Serve and enjoy!
