Add all items to a blender and pulse until fully combined and very creamy. Pour into a large bowl or baking dish and place into the freezer to firm up for about 2 hours. You want it to be thick and slightly frozen, but not rock solid. Once slightly set but still creamy, divide among 4 glasses and enjoy!
