1. Scoop out the center of the banana. 2. Fill the banana with chocolate hazelnut spread, and top with berries (if using). 3. Wrap the banana with the sliced puff pastry and brush with egg wash. 4. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes. 5. Let cool, then top with powdered sugar, more hazelnut spread, and additional berries.
