Add cranberry sauce to your grilled cheeses, fam! 🥪 this is day 1 of me trying to use up 7lbs of cranberry sauce lol and honestly, this came out soooo delish 🤭 saltiness from the prosciutto, sharpness from the sharp cheddar, creaminess from the Brie, earthiness from the sage, and our star the cranberry sauce brings sweetness & tanginess 💕 recipe below‼️

Lay out the pieces of bread. On one of them, layer the sharp cheddar, prosciutto, cranberry sauce, sage, and Brie. Close the sandwich with the other piece of bread. On one of the outside pieces of bread, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwich mayo-side down, and use a sandwich press or spatula to press it down while it cooks. You want to keep the heat low enough that the cheese melts but the bread doesn’t burn. When ready to flip, spread mayo on the top side of the sandwich. Flip and repeat on the other side. When done, remove from skillet. Cut diagonally down the middle. Serve and enjoy!
