Heat a pan over medium high, then add in the ground beef. Add in seasonings (to taste), stir and cook until fully browned. Set aside. Lay out the tortillas on a clean work space. Lay down small piles of lettuce on each one, then avocado, jalapeño, salsa, the cooked beef, a tortilla chip round, and then a few small slices of the Colby jack. Fold the tortilla in sections around the ingredients, closing them up into little pockets. Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the crunch wraps in, folded side down, until golden brown. Flip and repeat on the other side. Serve with extra salsa or any dips you’d like. Enjoy!
