Was this purple pasta worth my sanity? 😵💫 TBD but here we go - GIANT purple pasta 💜 as part of my GIANT pasta of the rainbow series! 🍝🌈 Here is the recipe for the Alfredo sauce, I recommend just sticking with the standard color… for your own good 😜 Ingredients (for about 4 servings): -1 stick unsalted butter -1 cup heavy cream -4 garlic cloves, minced -2 cups freshly grated Parmesan -Kosher salt, to taste -freshly cracked black pepper, to taste -1 teaspoon garlic powder Directions: -In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter, add in the cream, and mix. Add in minced garlic and Parmesan and mix until well incorporated and the cheese is melted. Add in salt, pepper, and garlic powder and mix well, tasting for seasoning. Slather all over your favorite pasta!
