Take the croissant and lay it on a clean work surface. Use a rolling pin to smash it down as flat as possible. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high and add in the butter. Lay the croissant down, and drizzle some spicy honey on both sides of the croissant. Continue to cook until the croissant is deep golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside. On top of the croissant, lay the sliced avocado, cooked egg, and salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Garnish with hot sauce. Serve and enjoy!
