Preheat your waffle maker and spray it with cooking spray. Add approximately 1 cup of leftover stuffing to your waffle maker. Cook until crispy and golden. Remove the waffled stuffing from the waffle iron, and serve on a plate. Add additional leftovers to your liking such as mashed potatoes, turkey, cranberry sauce and gravy.
